Steve Harvey introduces Jesus

Have you seen Steve Harvey introduce Jesus? I have seen this 3 times and it brought me to tears every time. I have almost committed it to memory, it is that touching. I have never heard anyone show this much love and respect for Jesus. I know, I know, someone is inevitably going to say " but preacher, have you heard the language Mr. Harvey uses in his stand-up routine?" Yes I have, and I don't talk that way, but have you ever thought that maybe Mr Harvey is not quite where you are in his walk with Jesus? I remember what religious people did to me as a young/ weak christian, and you weren't always perfect either. Try this; pray for him! I saw Mr Harvey on TBN the other night and was thoroughly impressed with his honesty and humility, not everyone is willing to show that kind of emotion in front of some 2 billion people. That takes strength!

Mr. Harvey, know this, there is at least 1 preacher in America who is praying for you. Don't let religious idiots discourage you.

we have moved

Praise God we have moved!!!! We started out in a very old building that the rear section had been condemned, and the roof leaked so badly that we had to put plastic over the sound equipment when it rained. Don't get me wrong we were thankful to have it and the people who owned it were very good to us, we just needed a better building. Well on February 15th we held our first services in our new building located at the corner of Hwy 41 and Hwy 380 otherwise known as Billingsley's Corner. We are excited about the move and we will be posting some pics soon.

WAKE UP AMERICA

It is time for Americans to wake up and realize that we need to quit playing "church". It is time for the church in America to get serious about living for Jesus. We have gone along with the status-quo for so long that we have become comfortable living a compromised life. We see un-Godliness in the streets and we turn our heads, we accept worldliness in the church, we act like the world and it seems that no-one notices, but God notices. God has commanded us (the church) to"come out from among them and be ye seperate" but we look and act like the world. You can go into the casinos and see your Sunday School teacher at the quarter slots or go into the bar and see your song leader with a beer in his hand. It ought not to be so. We need to be more vigilant than ever before, because Christ is coming back for His church, and He is only taking those who have prepared themselves for Him. He is coming for those who have "kept" themselves from the world, those without spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. The King is Coming!!!

Jubilee Church of De Queen

We have finally done it! After much prayer and considerable apprehension, we have taken the plunge. Jubilee Church of De Queen is off and running! We started having services a month ago, and the first service there were only 2 of us there, But God, has seen fit to bless our efforts and Easter Sunday morning we had nearly 40 in attendance! God is meeting our needs and we have already seen one bona-fide miracle. A man who has been on oxygen for 8 years and has ventured away from home only for Dr. appointments or hospital trips, has been off oxygen for 9 days now and was in church Sunday morning! PRAISE GOD!!! Bro. Lee Lemons is his name and he says that he will preach again! God Bless ! K.D.J.

Jubilee Church Birthday Celebration

We spent the weekend in Waldron for Jubilee Church's 26 Birthday celebration, and it was great. Jeff Cornish who surrendered to the ministry this past September, (at our tent revival) preached the morning service and did a great job of it. I don't know if I'd been any more pleased if it had been my own son. I was priviledged to preach the evening service and God showed up in a wonderful way. The Holy Spirit began to move and minister in various ways to several people and as were about to close the service, an old friend who had been away from the Lord for a while, came through the door and told us that he needed to get right with God, so my older brother, Rev. Michael Jordan led him back to Jesus right then and there. It was a wonderful day and we are looking forward to many more in the coming year.

Jubilee Revivals set to Expand

Posted by jubileerevivals at 10:18 PM on October 26, 2007 Comments comments (1)

We are expanding! We are prayerfully embarking on a new phase for Jubilee Revivals, we will soon be Jubilee Ministries. We intend to establish Jubilee Church of DeQueen in January, 2008. We also are considering the beginning of a music ministry, if we can get the right people interested. We want to minister in as many ways as we can. Gayle and I are very excited about the new things we are looking at. We believe that there are a great number of people who need ministering to in our area. Please be in prayer for us as we seek God in this endeavor.
